SecureLynx
Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Southern California businesses
Visit securelynx.it →The brief
SecureLynx sells managed IT, cybersecurity, and compliance to small and mid-sized businesses across Southern California. The site had three jobs: speak plainly to owners who aren’t IT people, turn interest into qualified leads instead of tire-kickers, and hardest, prove the security posture the company is selling.
A security firm whose own site is a soft target undercuts every word on it. So the build couldn’t just describe the work, it had to be the work.
What we built
Lead qualifying, built in
Rather than one contact form that catches everyone, the site qualifies up front. A quick guided triage (“How can we help?”) points each visitor to the right next step, and a deeper multi-step assessment walks an owner through their own environment; classifying the request, flagging likely gaps, and routing a structured summary for review. Prospects arrive already half-diagnosed, so SecureLynx spends its time on real conversations, not cold ones.
A hardened, hand-coded stack
No page builder, no rented plugins, nothing that can be revoked or left to rot. The site ships with the full hardening baseline; HTTPS-only, HSTS, the complete security-header set, locked-down error handling, so the company that sells security runs a site that visibly practices it. The method made literal in the .htaccess.
Structured, owner-managed content
Resources, advisories, and proof are the business’s to publish and update. Structured content it manages itself, with no CMS and no monthly fee. Everything SecureLynx needs to change, it can, everything it shouldn’t, it can’t break.

The result
It went live owned outright; no subscription, no lock-in. Hardened to the standard SecureLynx sells and quick on the calm near-black palette its lynx mark lives on. The assessment turns visitors into qualified, pre-diagnosed leads in the inbox, and the build is the proof case for how we approach every client after it: visible craft, invisible friction, nothing rented.
