Let’s see if we fit.
Everything worth knowing before we start; how a build goes, what it costs, and why it’s built the way it is.
How a build goes
Six phases. The build itself moves in days. The clock really tracks how fast your content comes back.
The honest read
Before anything’s proposed, we look at your current site and your business and tell you the truth about both, including the parts working against you.
One design direction
You get one considered direction, not five watered-down options to referee. Built for your business, never dropped onto a template.
A working frame in days
Instead of waiting weeks to see something, you get a real, clickable frame of the site early, structure you can walk through.
Your content homework
The skeleton comes back with clearly marked slots. The words, photos, real numbers and reviews are yours to provide. The part only you can do, and the timeline follows it.
Bounded revisions
A defined round of changes once content’s in. Enough to get it right, bounded so the project ships instead of drifting.
You own it at delivery
On delivery it’s yours; the code, the content, the domain. Hand-coded and portable. Nothing rented, nothing holding it hostage.
Real numbers
Builds are 50% to start, the balance on delivery. Stack what you need.
Why it’s built this way
Hand-coded, no rented parts. It’s more work up front and it’s the work that protects you later.
No rented dependencies
No page-builder, no plugins, no third-party widgets quietly renting you back your own site. Fewer moving parts, fewer things that break.
Nothing that rots
When a plugin gets abandoned or a service shuts down, sites built on them break. Yours has nothing to deprecate, it keeps working.
Portable by design
Every line is written for your site alone. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer. It travels.
You own all of it
Code, content, domain; yours at delivery. No platform holds the keys.
Hardened underneath
Every build ships hardened to SecureLynx standards. The security work is done, not dangled as an add-on.
The practical questions
How long does it take?
The build moves in days. The real clock is your content. Get us the words and photos promptly and it moves fast.
What do you need from me?
Your real content: copy, photos, numbers, reviews, and timely answers. The design and code are on us.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. You own the code, so any developer can pick it up or we’re around for maintenance if you’d rather not.
Who hosts it?
Your call. We can host and maintain it as a bundle, or hand it off for you to host anywhere. It’s portable either way.
What if I leave?
You keep everything; code, content, domain. No lock-in, no ransom. The whole point is that you’re never stuck.
